Is this an all inclusive price?

Yes! Weemss does not charge any additional fees. There are no setup, monthly, training or any other hidden fees.

The payment processors you use (i.e. PayPal, Stripe etc.) have processing fees, so make sure you are familiar with their terms of service. Usually these fees are roughly between 1% and 3% depending on the service, payment method, location of your business, processing currency, etc.

What do these minimum and maximum fees mean?

Simply put, it means your service fee cannot be less than the minimum amount (0.49 EUR) per ticket, and cannot be more than the maximum amount (9.95 EUR) per ticket.

If a ticket is cancelled, do I get the service fee refunded?

Yes. If you cancel a ticket, the corresponding service fee is refunded back into your Weemss account. If the event has passed the service fee is not refunded. Calculation of the service fee is done at the time the order is made – changing the price afterwards does not affect the original fee.

Can I get a discount?

Yes! If you sell more than 20,000 tickets per year, please get in touch with us.

When is VAT charged?

VAT charges apply for companies registered within the European Union (EU) without a valid VAT number and when billing to an individual person. Customers based in Bulgaria are always subject to VAT. VAT taxes do not apply for companies registered within the EU with a valid VAT number and for companies outside of the EU.

How can I pay the Weemss fee?

With our “Pay as you Go” plan you are billed on the 1st and 15th day of each month, if you’ve accumulated a service fee since the last billing. We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. All service fees are processed in EUR.

If you choose the “Annual” plan, you are billed once a year. The fees are paid with an invoice in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, or AUD. You can pay via bank transfer or with Visa / MasterCard / Maestro.
