Managing multiple registrations at once

Weemss allows you to select multiple registrations by marking the checkboxes on the left of each registration. With one or more selected registrations use the weemss-button-actions (Actions) button to delete or mark them all as paid simultaneously. Any other actions related to registrations have to be performed separately for every registration, by opening that registration.

Managing separate registrations

Edit registration – you can edit every piece of information in a selected registration by clicking weemss-button-edit (Edit). Be careful though because any changes you make will become permanent after you press the SAVE button!

Additional registration actions – click weemss-button-actions (Actions) to reveal additional functions:

  • Mark as paid: marks a registration as paid. Like we previously explained this is necessary for registrations that are paid via an offline payment method.
  • Change price: make adjustments to the price of a registration. For registrations with more than one ticket, the price for each ticket has to be changed separately. Changes you make to the ticket price will likely result in a change of the due payment amount and the status of the order.
  • Payments: add and remove payments to a registration. Any adjustments you make here are also likely to change the due payment amount and the status of the order.
  • Cancel tickets: cancel one or more tickets on the selected registration. If there are any cancellation fees add them under the Cancellation price field for each ticket separately. For example, if a ticket costs 100$ and upon ticket cancellation you require a 20% cancellation fee, put 20$ in the Cancellation price field. If the cancellation fee is a flat amount, enter the flat amount in the field.

Registration comments
– you can leave messages within a registration. These messages are part of the Weemss team collaboration module and help you manage your events better and faster. Find the Comments field at the bottom of every event registration. Any comments you post within a registration will also appear on the event Dashboard and in the organization Activity section, along with a link for quick access to that specific registration. When viewing the list of event registrations, those with comments in them are marked with an icon next to the registration ID.
