In Weemss you can choose whether to accept payments before or after entry registration. This is done after you’ve created your awards competition or contest by going to Event Settings > General. There you will see the Require payment before allowing entries checkbox – mark it if you want payment before allowing entry registration, or leave it unmarked to allow the payment to be done at a later point after the entry registration.
If you leave Require payment before allowing entries unmarked people will be able to pay at a later point, instead of upon registration. This means you will need to set up an offline payment method like Bank transfer or Custom payment, which is done from Event settings > Payment settings. When adding an offline payment method, make sure you provide clear instructions for the customer on how to pay, so they can successfully complete their payment.
