In this article we’ll explain how to manage your profile settings, which includes My profile, Notifications, Apps, and Billing (the Billing settings will only appear if you’re an owner of at least one organization in Weemss). These can all be found on the Main menu. Click and you’ll see, there’s absolutely no way to miss them!


My profile
You can change your first and last name here, as well as change the email address and/or password you use to log in to Weemss.

You have the option to activate notifications about new registrations for each organization you’re the owner or a member of. Currently you have one of two choices – receive a notification in your email every time there’s a new registration or alternatively never receive one.

Check your Current balance (in other words what you owe for using the service), add a new Billing account, as well as complete sales history for an organization, as long as you are its owner. If you are organizing a paid event it is important to add at least one Billing account with valid credit card information, in order to ensure that your service fee is paid. Credit card information is completely secure – all data is encrypted and we do not keep any of it on our servers. Payments are guaranteed and handled by Braintree (a PayPal company) Payments -Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider.

In Billing click the Add button in the Billing account box, then add your credit card info and fill in the rest of the Billing information.
