You can invite as many people as you need to help you manage the workload. Each of your organizations in Weemss can have its own team of co-workers. To invite a co-worker to an organization, click on the name of the organization on the Main menu, then go to Organization menu > Co-workers.

Press the Add co-worker button and enter the email of the person you wish to invite. Pressing the SAVE button sends the invitation to the email you’ve provided. Repeat for every member of your team you want to have in this organization.

Keep in mind that people you invite can only see the events within the organization they’re invited in. If you want to have the same people access another of your organizations in Weemss, with different events in it, you will need to select that organization and invite them to it as well.
