You need to invite people for the judging phase of your awards competition. This is done from Event settings > Judges. Press 
(Add judge) to invite a new judge.
The people you invite will receive an email notifying them of the invitation, along with their log-in details and a link to the judging page.
Remember that you can assign judges to specific entry categories in the Entry categories field.
Voting scale
The 
(Voting scale) button lets you adjust the rating system that will be used to rate the award entries. You can choose from a minimum of 5 (for a voting scale from 1 to 5) and a maximum of 100 (for a voting scale from 1 to 100).
