Exporting event data for use outside of Weemss is done from Analytics & Export > Export.
You can export data from:
- Registrations
- Unfinished registrations
For ticketing you can additionally export data from:
- Tickets
- Check-in data
For awards you can additionally export data from:
- Entries
- Individual votes
The exported files are in .xlsx format, which is a Microsoft Excel Open XML Format Spreadsheet file. To open .xlsx files you can use Excel (Microsoft Office), Kingsoft Spreadsheets, OpenOffice, Google Sheets, or Zoho Docs. If you use Chrome web browser, you can view and edit .xlsx files by installing Office Editing for Docs, Sheets & Slides as an extension.
