The Conversion triggers are an amazing way for you to increase your event sales. If that’s not enough they can be used in combination with the Promo codes and the Special offers to score some absolutely brilliant results. To set up your conversion triggers go to Marketing > Conversion triggers.
Lets start by explaining what a conversion trigger is. Simply put it’s a visual notification on your registration form that offers useful information for potential buyers and works to trigger a response from them (to register for your event that is).
Currently there are up to 3 such visual notifications, depending on the type of event:
Show last order
Displays whether an order has been made in the last X or less hours ago, where X is the value set by you. This notification can be active for all ticket/entry categories or for specific categories, again chosen by you.
Show last tickets (not available for awards competitions)
Displays a notification informing the potential buyer about the amount of tickets left for purchase. For example if you set the number of tickets to 20, the notification will appear once there are 20 or less tickets and show the remaining number of tickets for sale. Can be displayed for all ticket categories or for specific categories.
Show sale ending soon (not available for awards competitions)
Displays a notification for X days or less before a ticket sale ends, where X is the value set by you. This notification can be active for all ticket categories or for specific categories, again chosen by you. The maximum value here is 15 days.
These notifications give an excellent dynamic to your registration form. They are based on the Persuasion, Emotion, Trust (PET) marketing approach, used by leading companies like Amazon and Booking.com to stimulate more sales.
